Who We Are

Sijilmasa Shanghai Master Capital (SSMC) is a China-focused international private equity firm that invests in high-performing businesses with strong potential for growth in Mainland China.

The group creates value by filtering the market for mature assets looking to expand outside of China, utilising the expertise of Sijilmasa’s network of advisors to help bring the strategies of the management team’s expansion into the EMEA region into reality.

In addition, helping EMEA-based investors seek investment opportunities in JV’s alongside SSMC to access the extremely lucrative and high passed growth Chinese markets.

How We Approach Investing

SSMC focuses on Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and Consumer (with an industrial angle or Intellectual Property).

We target both JV’s, Greenfields, Brown fields or simple growth capital.

SSMC works closely with several mature Chinese Private Equity funds (MFC capital), Sovereign Wealth Funds (One Belt and One Road Group) and other impact funds for China and South East Asia.
